A team led by Vignesh (33), a Forensic Police Sub-Inspector from Dindigul, arrived yesterday morning at the Draupadi Amman Temple located at Aivarmalai in Pappampatti, near Palani. A tragic incident befell the Sub-Inspector while he was there to collect forensic evidence regarding a temple jewelry theft case.
