Popular actress Koel Mallick, a member of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjees Trinamool Congress party, resigned from her Rajya Sabha MP post today. She has stepped down just four months after being elected to the Rajya Sabha representing the Trinamool Congress. This is viewed as another setback for Mamata Banerjee.
