Rameswaram – Palani: Fulfilling a long standing demand of passengers, a new Amrit Bharat train between Mangaluru Central railway station and Rameswaram railway station will be launched from the 1st, improving connectivity to Palani and Tambaram. Additionally, three more train services will be inaugurated the same day by Narendra Modi.
