Police have granted permission for Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam leader Vijays campaign rally in Salem with several conditions. TVK campaign meeting, in which Vijay will participate, is scheduled to be held on the 13th in Seelanaickenpatti, Salem. Only 5000 people have been permitted to attend the rally.
