US-India Trade Deal: The United States had imposed a 50% tariff on India. India was conducting trade negotiations with the US to get this tariff removed. Now, Trump has announced that an agreement has been reached in these negotiations, and therefore, the reciprocal tariff on India has been reduced from 25% to 18%. He also stated that India has agreed to reduce the tariff on American goods to zero
