Vijay: The government led by Chief Minister Vijay had issued a new notification stating that inquiries regarding the law and order department could no longer be made under the Right to Information (RTI) Act. However, following condemnation from opposition parties as well as leaders of alliance parties, this notification has now been withdrawn.
