Chennai: The months of November and December pose a recurring challenge for Chennai. With the aim of preventing flood-related damage this year, the Chennai Corporation Commissioner has appointed 15 zonal nodal officers. The directive stipulates that these officers must inspect all operations in the morning before reporting to their offices.
