Bar Council Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra has apologized for the controversy he sparked by ordering the suspension of student registrations after they opposed the Chief Justice of Indias visit to NALSAR University of Law in Hyderabad, Telangana. He had previously withdrawn the circular within a few hours and has now issued an apology.
