Karnataka Bandh on August 13: Vatal Nagaraj, President of the Federation of Kannada Organizations, has announced that a state-wide bandh will definitely be observed tomorrow to assert Karnatakas rights over the Cauvery river. He stated that the shutdown would proceed regardless of whether or not there is support for the bandh.
