Kavikumar has been arrested in connection with the Rs 60 crore land fraud case involving the Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple. The Central Crime Branch police had previously arrested three individuals—Rajkumar, Ilaiyaraja, and Deputy Collector Anbalagan—in this case.
