P Shanmugam, CPI(M) State Secretary has stated that legal action must be taken against anyone—regardless of their party affiliation—who makes sexually explicit remarks about women or subjects them to sexual offenses. He further added that they have been calling for action regarding the complaints raised against members of the TVK.
