Police have set out for Thanjavur in their vehicle to interrogate Opposition Leader Udhayanidhi Stalin, who was arrested this morning in Neelankarai, Chennai. After being transported in a van for over seven hours—and just as they were nearing Thanjavur—the vehicle suddenly changed direction and headed towards Trichy. It is reported that he has been taken to the Sengipatti police station.
